Neda Azadivatan, DDS

Dr. Neda Azadivatan-LE is a graduate of New York University. Dr. Neda completed periodontal training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Neda is certified with the American Board of Periodontology. She is a member of ADA, New York State, North Eastern Society of Periodontists.

Dr. Neda can fix your teeth, restore sore gums, and brighten your smile without discomfort. We want you to be as comfortable as possible while you are in our office for treatment. We will do everything we can to assure your comfort.

Most of our procedures are performed with local anesthesia. Depending upon the patient and the procedure, Dr. Neda will discuss with you other options, such as nitrous oxide or oral sedation.

As a quality minded periodontist, Dr. Neda directs and works closely with the technicians who provide assistance fabricating the materials used in your periodontal treatment.

Libertad Negron, DMD

Libertad Negrón, DMD, is in private practice limited to endodontics in Clifton Park, New York. In 2014, she completed the three-year post-doctoral program in endodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, Baltimore, Maryland. In 2012, her research project on spreading odontogenic infections was awarded funding by the American Association of Endodontists Foundation. In 2013 and 2014, she earned research awards from the American Association of Endodontists on her studies of the microbiologic analysis of spreading odontogenic infections. She ranked second place among residents nationwide.

Dr. Negrón earned her degree in dental medicine at University of Puerto Rico: School of Dental Medicine in 2009. While attending the University of Puerto Rico, Dr. Negrón received numerous honors, including a research award from the Oral and Pharyngeal Cancer Branch of the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research in Bethesda, Maryland. She has twice received the First Prize Award at the Annual College of Dental Surgeons of Puerto Rico meetings, on her presentation regarding molecular pathways in oral and pharyngeal cancer.

After dental school, she continued her postdoctoral training at Columbia University’s New York Presbyterian Hospital, General Practice Residency. She practiced as a general dentist in New York City.

Dr. Negrón graduated with honors in 2005 from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, majoring in cell and molecular biology. She served as College Ambassador for the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, a joint effort to foster excellence in education.

Harvey Simon, DMD

Dr. Harvey Simon received his post-doctoral endodontic certification from N.Y.U. College of Dentistry in 1988. He graduated from Boston University, College of Dentistry, where he received his D.M.D. degree in 1986. In addition, Dr. Simon received a B.S. in Pharmacy from Long Island University, Brooklyn College of Pharmacy in 1980.

Dr. Simon’s professional affiliations are : The American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontics, the New York State and New Jersey State Association of Endodontists, First District Dental Society, Norwalk and Bridgeport Dental Association, and the American Pharmaceutical Association. Former president of the Greater Norwalk Dental Society.

Dr. Simons former academic appointments include Clinical Instructor, Department of Endodontics at N.Y.U., College of Dentistry and Attending Endodontist at Montefiore Medical Center

His participation as a clinical instructor at N.Y.U., College of Dentistry, Division of continuing education, included courses such as Molar Endodontics for the general Practicioner, Endodontics for the foreign trained dentist, and Thermo-plasticized gutta percha-ultrafil technique.

Presently, Dr. Simon resides in Weston, CT with his wife JoAnne. They are the proud parents of their two college sons Jacob and Joshua.
